Our Terms of Business

We provide you with Terms of Business before you start, in line with current legislation, including:

• clauses consistent with a contract for services (self employment) rather than a contract of service (employment).
• the provision to opt out under the 'Agency Regulations' (the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Business Regulations 2003)

Payment

Our policy is to pay by BACs. Payment will reach your bank account five working days after the 10th of the month, provided signed contracts are in place and you've invoiced us and sent corresponding time sheets by 10am on the 10th. NB This may vary if you are not using your own Limited Company, so check with your provider.

Telephone Support

We offer:

• Legal support: advice/information about your contract, IR35 and the Agency Regulations.
• Contract support to check the status of your contract (ie has it been received and when you can expect a counter-signed copy back).
